At Fiido, we are committed to your satisfaction and stand by the quality of our electric bikes and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team at support@fiido.com with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your Fiido e-bike in its original packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and chargers are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup for larger bike shipments.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned item for any damages, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
